Do you remember when?
hade trakigt idag sa jag satt och kollade runt lite pa youtube, hittade bla ett montage (do you remember when?)med texten sa har:
Do you remember when
you first started skating
it was so much fun
competing was only for that pretty dress
because everyone got a medal
you just knew you were going to the olympics.
you just wanted to go skating all day long
you were desperate to get a rip
and on monday mornings all the girls would take their medals to school,
just to show the teacher.
You would watch the "big girls" training and think
-i wanna be just like them!
and then things started to get hard,
when you fell, it really hurt, and no matter how hard you tried
you just couldnt do that one jump or spin,
competitions became so much more serious and only a few girls
got medals, the girls you were best friends with started to disappear,
your group became smaller,and some days you just hated it,
the pain just got worse and you just wanted to quit.
But then at training,from the corner of your eye,
you saw a little girl watching you,
and thats when you realize how far you've come and how good you actually are
because just a few years ago, that little girl was you!
